Q: How to pre-cooling?
A: Pre-cooling: coolers are designed for maximum thermal retention. They will retain heat as well as cold. If you store a cooler in a warm spot, heat will be absorbed and retained. Store your cooler in a cool environment. To improve performance, pre-cool the cooler with a bag of ice overnight before loading contents.
Q: How to care and maintenance?
A: Use dish soap and water with a light abrasive brush. For a more thorough cleaning, use a mixture of water and bleach then rinse out with a high pressure washer.
